Like Royalty
Opening weekend for SELASA has just passed, and all the referees on hand were presented checks by our leader, known in some circles as Jaba:
All-in-all a pretty good weekend to start out the 2010. Nothing too crazy outside of a penalty called by yours truly as AR1 that tied the game in the 88th. Some good competition all around, and some great initial training for what looks to be a busy upcoming spring season.

Crawfish and the Suberbowl
The deClouet's tackled 100 pounds of crawfish for Superbowl Sunday as hell froze over. A great time was had by all, and despite a worrisome first half, our boys pulled through. What a great feeling and a great game. I think there may have been some sort of after-party at Academy afterwards.

The Face
This is what I often wake up to during my afternoon siesta (weekends), and is interpreted as "you're forgetting about me. What are we going to do?"

So Sunday afternoon was spent taking Maggie to the dog park, where I think she is slowly developing into a doggie snob. I don't know if it's a shy thing or of she thinks the other K9s are a waste of time, but she doesn't seem to interact with them nearly as much as she does with Jozy
